- RENTAL EXPERIENCE: Save money while we create your event venue on location! Our Event For 48 Guests tent package comes with the basics you need to get your event started, including one of our 20 X 30 tents, (6) 60 inch round tables, (48) white padded chairs and (6) white linen table cloths! This package is perfect for graduation parties, showers, birthday celebrations, clam bakes and more! You’ll have plenty of time to prepare for and clean up from your event, as we this typically deliver and install this tent on the Thursday prior to your event and pick up and remove the following Tuesday!
- PACKAGE DETAILS: Package includes table and chair quantity for the maximum number of guests the tent accommodates. If you need additional items under the tent, you will likely need a larger tent or tent package.
- INSTALLATION: Tent Professionally Installed on flat surfaces, including grass, gravel, asphalt, and concrete. Tents need an additional 10 feet on all sides for staking. Set up on concrete surfaces may require water barrels to be used in place of staking into the ground, additional charges apply.
- ELEMENTS: Tent will provide protection from rain. Adding side walls will further protect guests from the elements.
- CLEANING EXPECTATIONS: All Items not part of order must be removed from under tent prior to pick up date.
- SUGGESTED PAIRING ITEMS: (Not included in tent rental price) Tent Side Walls, Globe Lighting (perfect for spring and fall when sunset is early), Tent Heaters
