- RENTAL PRICE: Tent Rental Package starts at $3,800
- RENTAL EXPERIENCE: Let us create the wedding space of your dreams, while you save some money! Our Tent For 100 Guests & Wedding Party package includes: one of our 40 x 60 tents, 12 x 12 dance floor, (4) 8ft rectangle tables for your head table, (13) 60 inch round tables for your guest tables, (120) white padded chairs, and (1) 8ft rectangle table for your DJ. You’ll have plenty of time to prepare for and clean up from your event, as we this typically deliver and install this tent on the Wednesday prior to your event and pick up and remove the following Wednesday!
- WEDDING CONSULTATION: In order to provide the best service, our wedding tent rentals require a consultation, either over the phone or in person.
- INSTALLATION: Tent Professionally Installed on flat surfaces, including grass, gravel, asphalt. Tents need an additional 10 feet on all sides for staking. Set up on asphalt require drilling for staking, additional charges apply.
- ELEMENTS: Tent will provide protection from rain. Adding side walls will further protect guests from the elements.
- CLEANING EXPECTATIONS: All Items not part of order must be removed from under tent prior to pick up date.
- SUGGESTED PAIRING ITEMS: (not included in tent rental price): Tent Side Walls, Globe Lighting (perfect for spring and fall when sunset is early), Tent Heaters.
